Provence prides itself in it's ever changing "specials" menu revolving around seasonality and when we can, locally grown or produced ingredients. Each location orders soups that fit it's customer base so it's not unusual to have different soups at different stores. We do special sandwiches and salads as well depending upon local availability.
Really excited to see how this weeks menu sells, we have some new talent in our kitchen and the creativity is subtly showing itself in our Market Menus and daily specials. It's also the time of year where we start selling in a number of Farmers Markets and we start networking for local ingredients to bring out the "Market" in Market Menu. Come in for an upscale experience at a really affordable price.
