Market Menu for Week starting August 1st, 2010


Our local growing season is in full swing and I have to say that this week's market menu really does a great job highlighting all of the fruits and vegetables that make Tennessee so special.
I really think that this is one of our best menus yet and I have to commend Chef Robert for doing such a fantastic job allowing for the produce and fruit to "shine" on it's own. Take a look and see what you think...
